PARENTS'
CONSULTATION EVENINGS
PRIMARY
We hold consultations for all classes near half
Term in the Autumn and Spring terms. For Day Boarders
a weekday in the week before the last week of
the first half of term. For Boarders it is the
Friday on which the first half of term ends.
SECONDARY
We hold consultations for certain year groups
classes near half Term in the Autumn and Spring
terms. For Day Boarders a weekday in the week
before the last week of the first half of term.
For Boarders it is the Friday on which the first
half of term ends.
The pattern is as follows:
Autumn Term
Y7 pupils with their Form Tutor - rather than
all subject teachers. Year 11 pupils with subject
teachers. Any other new pupils with Form Tutor.
Spring Term
Years 9 and 11 pupils with their subject teachers.
Summer Term
Years 7, 8 and 10 pupils with their subject teachers.

Year 11 students
who wish to have a place in Gatton Hall for the
following September need to have completed a boarding
application form before the first day in October
of their Year 11. It is important that this deadline
is respected as we have too many applications
for Sixth Form places and, every year, a number
of students have had to be disappointed.
