Boarders
Royal Alexandra and Albert School
is a full time boarding school which has lessons
on Saturday mornings and consequently longer holidays.
Pupils are able to come to school
at the start of term and remain in boarding until
Half Term as we do not have compulsory exeat weekends.
Most weekends about 200 boarders remain in school,
though this number does fluctuate. This pattern
usually suits the needs of families based overseas,
particularly given our proximity to Gatwick and
Heathrow.
We do not offer accommodation during
half term or any school holidays and all boarders
whose parents are based outside the UK must have
a guardian resident in the UK.
