National Citizen Service Visit
Representatives from the National Citizen Service (NCS) visited the School this morning. Year 11 pupils attended an assembly to learn more about the NCS journey and what they could do the summer after they finish their GCSEs.
The scheme encourages young people to challenge themselves, develop key skills such as confidence and leadership, and get involved in their local community through fundraising projects.
For the last couple of years, NCS has proven to be very popular with pupils and this year it’s no different. We hope this year's Year 11 pupils enjoy their NCS experience as much as 20 of our pupils did last year.
