Multi Skills Competition

The Royal Alexandra and Albert School welcomed teams from two local junior schools to join them in a 'Multi Skills' sports competition. Wray Common Primary School and St Matthew's School each sent two teams to compete against juniors from the Royal Alexandra and Albert School.

There were 6 activity stations and each team completed every activity. Year 9 and Year 10 pupils from Royal Alexandra and Albert School, many of whom are trained 'Sports Leaders' got an opportunity to practice their leadership skills by organising the activities for the younger children.

PE teacher Victoria King, who organised the event, commented "The children have really enjoyed competing against teams from other schools in these fun activities. The volunteer helpers from older year groups have been fantastic and have really enjoyed working with the juniors."
