Big on Boxercise
There was an awards ceremony at one the Royal Alexandra and Albert School’s more popular activities in the last session of the term. Damar Martin who is the gladiator ‘Destroyer’ came to present pupils who had successfully participated in the Boxercise class with National Boxing’s ‘Asdan Award’. Pupils have the opportunity to participate in a range of after school activities and Boxercise has been particularly popular with over 35 pupils, both boys and girls, taking part. The sessions are run by Jason Benjamin from the locally based organisation Fitness Forumz. He runs high-energy sessions that motivate pupils at the same time as keeping them fit.
