Team Sixth Form

The Sixth Form team plays a pivotal role in supporting Sixth Formers through their educational journey. With a combined wealth of experience spanning diverse disciplines, they offer our students guidance to ensure they thrive academically and personally. The team is on hand to help students keep on track in their studies, but beyond academics, their commitment is to the highest standard of pastoral care and inclusivity. The Sixth Form aims for every student to be supported and valued, laying the foundation for success beyond the classroom.

Mr David Brackpool, Director of Sixth Form

Mr Brackpool brings 12 years of expertise Sixth Form education. In addition to his role as Director of Sixth Form, he is an English Literature and Sociology teacher and oversees the Extended Project Qualification course. He has been a Head of Year 12, Head of Year 13, and tutor across all senior Year Groups. Mr Brackpool holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Sussex, and masters degrees in English Literature and Psychoanalysis from UCL.

Mrs Eloise Morgan, Deputy Director of Sixth Form

Mrs Morgan has 15 years of teaching experience and leads Achievement, Standards, and Inclusion initiatives. A Science teacher and Biology specialist with international Senior Leadership experience, she ensures a supportive learning environment. Mrs Morgan graduated from Brunel University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences and obtained her PGCE from the University of Portsmouth.

Miss Alexandra Hunter, Key Stage 5 Destinations Coordinator

Miss Hunter has four years of teaching experience, teaching English and Drama. She is the High Potential Achiever Coordinator across all Year Groups. Miss Hunter holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Hull and a master’s degree in English Literature and Creative Writing.
