Minibus Service

We are committed to offering a reliable and efficient transportation service that prioritises the welfare of our students. The school runs a number of minibus services to bring students to our boarding school in the morning from Reigate, Redhill, Merstham, Tadworth, Banstead, Coulsdon and Caterham. Details of the routes can be found below:

Allocation of Minibus Places

There are a limited number of places on each of the minibus routes. These places are allocated at the start of each academic year. There is usually more demand than there are places available, so not all applicants (even those who previously had a place) will be able to be offered a place. Places will be allocated on a needs basis rather than ‘first come, first served.’

Please note that we do not guarantee a minibus place. 

Minibus allocation criteria:

• The age of your child(ren)
• Your home address
• Your reason for requiring minibus transport

Please note the following:

• Minibus places will be allocated for the entire academic year (September – July) and payment is to be made on a termly basis via WisePay.
• Refunds will only be processed if the space can be reallocated. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Director of Operations.
• If you are offered a place on the school minibus but fail to use it regularly, we reserve the right to reallocate the space to someone with greater need.
• There is no after school or Saturday minibus service.
• Minibus places and routes will be reviewed annually.
