Dannielle secures Stage 2 success
Talented horsewoman, Dannielle Searle has notched up another achievement whilst still a Sixth Former at the Royal Alexandra and Albert School. Not only is she a talented show jumper, but she is one of the youngest people to pass the BHS Stage 2 qualification. Her Stage 2 success follows on from obtaining Stage 1 last September. Dannielle is now starting work towards completing Stage 3 which will count towards qualification as a riding instructor.
Dannielle plans a career in the riding industry. Her ambition is to be a show jumper and to ride for Team GB. She regularly jumps at Felbridge and Hickstead so is well on her way towards that goal. Nevertheless, she recognises the importance of developing the skills for an alternative career, so she aims to qualify as a riding instructor, or alternatively become an equine physiotherapist.
As a boarder at the Royal Alexandra and Albert School, Dannielle has access to the School’s riding stables during the school day and also during evenings and weekends. She also receives support from the staff at the stables and teaching staff.
Dannielle says “The only thing standing between you and your goal is the story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.”
